Titel: BIOS no suport boot USB
Message Hello:

My System
ASUS CUSL2-C, hd 80GB MAXTOR MOD. 9QZ6 SATA mounted on a external enclosure SATA to USB.

I tried install dyne: bolic linux in /dev/sda7 and boot it from CDROM and its work fine because dyne:bolic is docking instalation.
the live CD at the boot time detect the instalation on ext3 partition and eject CD after boot.

but dyne:bolic does not recognize my printer
then I migrate to Kanotix..... my printer and the rest of the system in live CD mode work fine
and I tried install Kanotix on /dev/sda7 the process passed perfect but I do not have to give boot to the system.
.I tried plop boot manager but not run on my system.
I believe the only way out would be a bootable cdrom that load usb and boot.
but I did not find a good tutorial on how to do this.

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System

Well to boot you have to create a start ISO image. If you have got a free burner use:

mount /media/sda7
create-rescue-iso -r /media/sda7

and burn the resulting iso to a cd-rw, that will start the install. You have to recreate this everytime you update the kernel, so don't waste cd-r. If you don't have got a free burner in livemode just copy iso to another partition and burn from another os.
