   * New upstream release.
    - adapt config to new options
   * Modified debian/rules so the a generic config file is used when no arch
     specific config is present.
   * Don't install our binary into PATH and pretend it has any possibility of
     "replacing" other busybox alternatives. It lives in
     /usr/lib/busybox-kanotix now.
   * Remove conflict with official busybox packages.
   * Store busybox.links file in /usr/share/busybox-kanotix
   * Remove redundant debian/dirs file.
   * Rename binary to have .static suffix.
   * Don't bother installing Busybox manpage for our purposes, it most
     certainly includes text that is not relevant to our binary.
   * Add get-orig-source helper target to debian/rules.
