Anyone know why I can edit certain menus and not others with the KDE Menu editor? I can edit most menus, but I notice that I cannot remove ANY entries in the Debian/net menu unless I have previously added that entry. I cannot even remove entries for programs that I have removed, such as Korn and Kmail. I did not have to remove these entries from the Internet menu, they were removed when the programs were removed. This is somewhat frustrating, as I would like to edit the Debian/net menu to cut down on the duplicate entries (such as firefox being in both the Internet menu and the Debian/net menu. I do not remember there being a Debian menu at all in Knoppix.

Any ideas?
