Since this mornings du OO0 Calc freezes when trying to open a spreadsheet. It happened initally with a .xls file but since tried with .sxc and .ods without luck. Also reinstalled and tried without the KDE plugin. Anyone else have the same problem.

this is my script fix, turned into a one liner:

OOo=$(dpkg -l | grep -o "openoffice.org[a-z0-9-]*");apt-get remove -y $OOo;apt-get -t testing -y install $OOo

<note>changed to fix slight reg ex issue.

Thanks for the fix h2. I always check the start page but my post was before the warning and the thread above.

hopefully this OOo thing will be sorted out in a day or two, keep in mind that if you do a du it will just pull in the broken packages, so once it's fixed, probably best to wait until ooo is fixed in sid to do the next du, that's my plan for now.

I see bits of rc3 are coming through for ooo. Is 2.0.4 'working' yet?
