more of a network / network term problem.
i have cable internet coming into the house, and the wireless modem/router creating a WIRELESS lan using 192.168.0.xxx addresses with a 192.168.0.1 gateway. i have 3 computers using this setup and they are able to share/transfer files between themselves.
i then have a WIRED network running of the ethernet plug thru a second router using 192.168.2.xxx addresses with a 192.168.2.1 gateway. i have 3 computers using this setup and they too are able to share/transfer files between themselves.
what do i have to enable/setup/change-settings-for to enable those two seperate networks to see each other and share files between all 6 computers???

It seems you make it yourself extra complex. Just use a switch on the port of the WLAN router or disable the routing feature of the of your second router.
