Hardware - flash and cd rom cannot mounted in kde 3.5.4

I have the easter-rc4. I upgraded my machine to KDE 3.5.4 and everything was fine before I deleted my account and created a new one. Now I am not able to mount flash drive and cd rom. I got this error message:
A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient, see message bus configuration file (rejected message had interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" member "Mount" error name "(unset)" destination "org.freedesktop.Hal")
Here are the groups I am in:
shanren@V2000:~$ groups shanren
shanren : shanren tty disk sudo audio shadow

adduser shanren plugdev

on the other hand ordinary user mustn't be member of shadow or tty.
