Are the bug fixes or changes listed anywhere, I think it may be useful.

Thanks, but that is not what I mean, the link is to found possible/probable bugs. What I mean is there a list of changes between rc1 and rc2 etc . ie what has been fixed.

Mainly part solution for the knxinstaller, full will be hopefully in RC3. Then the xkb bug (rm -rf /etc/X11/xkb). Also it got updates like Amarok 1.4.3 and IPW 3945 is now working, splashy does not fail on first boot after hd install and other minor enhancements.
