Whenever try to unmount a hard desk partition, I get the following:
A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient, see message bus configuration file (rejected message had interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" member "Unmount" error name "(unset)" destination "org.freedesktop.Hal")
But, I have no problem getting the patition umounted using the command line.
What should I do? |

dpkg --purge hal
apt-get install hal
add <username> to plugdev group
kmenu > system > kuser (log in as root) > "username" > edit > groups > and put a check in plugdev |
