Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem anderen Bittorrent clienten da ktorrent auf einigen Trackern gesperrt ist (warum auch immer).Bittornado gefällt mir schonmal garnicht,vielleicht weiss ja jemand noch eine gute Alternative  |

Azureus vielleicht?
sonst gibt apt-cache search torrent unter anderem folgendes aus:
aria2 - High speed download utility
bittornado - bittorrent client with enhanced curses interface
bittornado-gui - bittorrent client with enhanced GUI interface
bittorrent - Scatter-gather network file transfer
bittorrent-gui - Scatter-gather network file transfer (GUI files)
freeloader - A nice GNOME download manager supporting torrents
qtorrent - graphical BitTorrent client using Qt 3.x
rtorrent - ncurses BitTorrent client based on LibTorrent
torrentflux - web based, feature-rich BitTorrent download manager
azureus - BitTorrent client
ktorrent - BitTorrent client for KDE |

Guck mal nach Transmission : http://transmission.m0k.org/
Gibts auch für linux,ich kann dir aber nicht sagen ob es dafür schon eine deb. datei gibt |

| Du koenntst auch Opera verwenden. Ab version 9.0 haste da einen integrierten Torrent Client und kannst beim surfen gleich downloaden. Ist nicht so resourcenhungrig wie Azureus. Azureus basiert auf SWT Java, da haste die Erklaerung fuer den Resourcenverbrauch! |

Mal ne frage welcher keyring muss denn dafür genutzt werden ?

Ok,das hat geklappt.
Ich habe jetzt Transmission installiert und weiss nicht wie ich es starten kann.
Wenn ich in der Konsole transmission eingebe folgt als Meldung :Command not found.Mit alt+f2 gehts ebenfalls nicht.Wie lautet denn der Befehl um transmission starten zu können ? |
