Dear All
I am new to Kanotix (but not Linux). I am very impressed with the way it found the Internet for me. I am having problems mounting Storage Devices, and then writing to them.
In particular, I would like to mount an external USB Sandisk drive, and then be able to read from and write to it.
I think I am OK on the mounting, it's the ownership and permission to write that I cannot achieve. Any help?

I have figured out how to do both these actions, but am unable to get Kword to access a file in the floppy, even though the permissions are rwx!
