hi guys!
I'm have Kanotix 2006-01 RC4 installed on my PC and recently got some music in aacPlus format, but apparently I need to install the faad2 plugin for XMMS.
Does anyone have faad2 binaries for Kanotix ?

I 'm afraid not.
Kanotix 2006-01 RC4 is outdated for more than a year 
Meanwhile Kanotix is based on debian "Etch" and has a lot of backports on its own repository. Former versions are not supported here.
I 've got no music in aacPlus format, so I can't test it.
Nethertheless there is more than one reason to install current Thorhammer RC7. |
