Post subject: Run Secondlife from an icon on Desktop?

I can run the script from a console but fails with this error when running from an icon
**********************************************************************
bin/do-not-directly-run-secondlife-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

any ideas no big deal but I want to know why I can't run the script from an icon??
